The team
We listen to and ‘translate’ your topics. Only when we have fully understood our clients can we tailor their messages to the right target groups. We see ourselves as problem solvers who do not take centre stage – unlike your messages. We know what we are doing, but we remain modest and reserved.

ESG
Environmental Social Governance – ESG (environment, social and corporate governance) is used as an umbrella term for CSR (corporate social responsibility). It refers to the assessment of companies’ social responsibility. In other words: the voluntary contribution of the business community to sustainable development.
To minimise our environmental impact, green electricity flows from our sockets and powers our monitors and laptops – just as we power you with good ideas! We also offset our printed materials and strive to keep our ecological footprint small. After all, almost all DIALOG employees come to work in Bremen’s ‘good room’ by bicycle, public transport or on foot.
We also take our social responsibility seriously. For example, we volunteer our support to the Solidarity Ukraine Foundation, the Bremen Youth Fire Brigade and the Junior Chamber of the Bremen Chamber of Commerce.
